Mick is the President of GeNext Solutions. He hosts Leadershiptraq Televised, an interview show that profiles outstanding leaders. He is co-author of Managing The Millennials: Discover The Core Competencies Needed For Managing Today’s Work Force. He has worked with entrepreneurs and corporate executives of businesses and organizations ranging from Boeing to the Special Olympics.
Mick has co-authored two other books. Who Are You And What Do You Want? Four Questions That Will Change Your Life and The Ethics Challenge: Strengthening Your Integrity In A Greedy World.
He helped found the Ukleja Center For Ethical Leadership at California State University, Long Beach, the second largest university in the state.
Mick also serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Astronauts Memorial Foundation at the Kennedy Space Center, which oversees the Center for Space Education.
He has received numerous awards, including the Senate, California Legislature, and Congressional Commendations. In 2002 he received the President’s Distinguished Service Award, and in 2006 was named the Distinguished Alumnus from the university. Dr. Ukleja holds a B.A. in philosophy, a master’s degree in Semitic languages, and a Ph.D. in theology.
